By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to Mane Loft’s booking and cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a refund. Reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Any same-day cancellations or same-day reschedule requests will be fully charged, as we are unable to rebook the time slot. No-shows will also be fully charged. If your card is declined, your booking privileges will be suspended, and you may be blacklisted from future appointments until the outstanding balance is resolved and a valid card is added on file. Any requests for adjustments to your hair must be made within two weeks of your original appointment in order to be addressed without incurring the cost of a new service.
