Nicky is a Master Tech in Invisible Bead Extensions® meaning she has gone through 4 additional intensive certifications to earn this title (I guess you could say she has her PHD in IBE).

She chooses to focus on her true passion so that she remains a master in her technique. Whether she’s diving into a new self-development book or attending advanced hair education, she believes there’s always room to grow.

Outside of the salon, Nicky enjoys working out, traveling with her husband, and spending time with their son, Jameson, and Frenchton, Brooklyn.
